Kourion Beach

Kourion Beach is a sand-and-pebble beach near Episkopi, Limassol District.
The roughly one-kilometre beach lies on Episkopi Bay, backed by white hills. It is a spot for windsurfing. The ruins of ancient Kourion, with a Greco-Roman theatre that still hosts performances, are close by.
The beach was awarded the Blue Flag in 2026, the international label for clean water and a well-kept shore.
Official bathing water quality for the 2025 season: excellent.
On the beach: lifeguards, sunbeds and umbrellas, toilets, showers, changing rooms, food and drinks, water sports, parking.
The beach is wheelchair accessible, with a ramp down to the water. A floating wheelchair is available; ask the lifeguards.
