Faros Beach

Faros Beach is a sand-and-pebble beach near Paphos, Paphos District.
A beach on the western edge of Paphos with fine views, where the sea is often choppy. Besides swimming, there is a beach volleyball court and nature trails for walks. The Tombs of the Kings, the medieval fort by the harbour and the Paphos mosaics are all close by.
The beach was awarded the Blue Flag in 2026, the international label for clean water and a well-kept shore.
Official bathing water quality for the 2025 season: excellent.
On the beach: lifeguards, sunbeds and umbrellas, toilets, showers, changing rooms, playground, parking.
The beach is wheelchair accessible, with a ramp down to the water. A floating wheelchair is available; ask the lifeguards.
